We’re launching a new ABA therapy clinic in Marietta, GA, and we’re looking for a BCBA who wants more than just a job — a chance to shape clinical culture, program design, and treatment philosophy from day one. This is a rare opportunity to join a startup practice as its founding clinician, with real influence over how care is delivered and real upside as the practice grows.

Compensation

$85,000 – $105,000 base salary, commensurate with experience — competitive with or above the current Metro Atlanta market + Generous performance bonus plan on top of base pay

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the clinical lead for our new Marietta location, conducting assessments (FBAs/VB-MAPPs) and developing individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs, ensuring fidelity of ABA service delivery
• Build clinical protocols, documentation systems, and quality standards for the practice from the ground up
• Partner directly with ownership on caseload growth, hiring, and program development
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics code and Georgia state regulations (GAMMIS/CMO billing familiarity a plus)

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (Georgia licensure or eligibility required)
• Experience designing or leading ABA programs; startup, clinic-opening, or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Comfort working autonomously and helping define processes rather than following an existing playbook
• Strong communication skills for working with families, staff, and referral sources
