Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Occasional Friday or Saturday work may be required during peak season or weather delays.

Position Overview

The Lawn Care Technician performs lawn maintenance and landscaping services on residential and commercial properties. Depending on experience and company needs, employees may work independently or as part of a crew.

This is a physically demanding outdoor position that requires reliability, stamina, attention to detail, and accountability.

Technicians who demonstrate leadership, efficiency, quality workmanship, and strong attendance can advance into Crew Leader roles earning up to $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanups
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with shrub trimming, debris removal, trenching, mulch installation, and material handling
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Perform light equipment maintenance
• Use company smartphone apps for time tracking, scheduling, routing, and job documentation
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Represent the company professionally on job sites

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
• Comfortable using smartphone apps throughout the workday
• Landscaping, lawn care, or construction experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
