Motorcycle Parts and Service Manager
Southeast Motorcycle located in Douglasville, GA is looking for an honest, self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest level of customer service standards. We are seeking a motorcycle parts and service manager ready for the opportunity to work in a customer-oriented friendly environment. We are a franchise , Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and CFMOTO motorcycle dealer and a CFMOTO ATV/UTV and Vespa Scooter dealer. Southeast Motorcycle has been in business for 25 years!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and serve every walk-in or phone customer courteously and promptly. Answer questions and assist them in identifying and obtaining parts, accessories, and service that they need.
• Actively solicit sales and suggest selling of service-related parts and accessories in conjunction with the service department. Use brochures and merchandise displays as sales aides.
• Handle customer communication regarding returns and/or problems with orders. Issue return authorizations and maintain related records. Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on special ordered items, and notify the customer when received.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of counters, displays, shelves, bins, and customer contact area by following good housekeeping procedures.
• Write up repair orders on all motorcycles for the service department
• Assign repair work to technicians
• Follow and and provide updates to customers

***Knowledge of ADP Lightspeed a huge plus***

***Southeast Motorcycle will cross train the right candidate: technician, service writer***

• Other duties as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
