What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing Toyota vehicles at a high level
• Handling complex electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues
• Completing work efficiently and accurately in a flat-rate environment
• Performing inspections and identifying additional service opportunities
• Communicating clearly with advisors and parts to keep jobs flowing

Who This Is For

• ASE Certified (required)
• Toyota Expert Certified (required)
• 3+ years experience as a technician
• Techs who want to produce, not babysit jobs
• Techs tired of low car count, weak advisors, or capped earning potential

Compensation
