Shifts Available:

  • Immediate openings: Day Shift and 3rd Shift
  • Additional hires planned for upcoming facility expansion (start on days, then placed on needed shift)

Pay Range: $26.00 – $28.00/hour (starting pay, depending on experience)

  • Technicians can grow into higher maintenance classifications as their skills develop.
  • Higher classifications are available up to $34+/hour based on demonstrated skill level, either at hire or as skills are developed on the job.
  • Candidates with advanced mechanical, electrical, controls, and troubleshooting experience will be considered for higher classifications and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment with a strong focus on electrical and controls systems
  • Diagnose issues involving 3-phase power, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control circuits
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Assist with parts usage and inventory coordination related to maintenance work
  • Document work in CMMS (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Example: 3-phase power, VFD drives, motors
  • Industrial controls troubleshooting experience
  • Example: VFD circuits, control wiring, sensors Example: PLC I/O, control wiring, sensors
  • Strong intellectual curiosity — you want to understand how systems work, not just swap parts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work overtime as part of a 6-day schedule

Nice-to-Have (Trainable / Preferred)

  • Food processing or industrial manufacturing experience
  • CMMS experience
  • Inventory or parts management exposure
  • Formal industrial or technical training

Skills Assessment

All candidates will complete a short electrical/mechanical assessment as part of the hiring process.
This helps ensure alignment with the technical expectations of the role.
