755 Restaurant Corp dba Popeyes, a medium-sized business operating thirty (30) Quick-Serve restaurants in the metro-Atlanta, GA area is continuously building our extraordinary leadership team of restaurant managers. As a manager, you are responsible for supporting the hands-on day-to-day operation of the restaurant with oversight of the restaurant team to help create a wonderful customer service experience for our customers. We are looking for hard-working, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and train a team of employees to ensure customer satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining food quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working condition
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organizational skills and time management, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently
• Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. General Managers average 50 hours/week; Assistant Managers average 48 hours/week; Shift Managers average 40 hours/week
