As a Front Desk/Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will be the face of Aqua-Tots, welcoming families and helping guide them through their swim journey. Whether answering phone inquiries, assisting with lesson sign-ups, or ensuring a safe, welcoming environment, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent experience to every family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet families as they enter and leave the swim school, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and helpful.
• Manage incoming calls, providing information about swim lessons and guiding families through the registration process.
• Conduct outreach calls to leads, follow up with current customers, and encourage families to re-enroll.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing tasks like mopping floors and keeping the facility organized.
• Adhere to provided scripts for customer interactions, participating in regular feedback and mentoring sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• A love for working with children and a positive attitude towards their varying emotions and needs.
• Ability to work part-time (8-30 hours per week).
• Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available (3-6 hours per shift).
• A strong background in sales is required
