Registered Nurse – Circulating Operating Room – Full-Time Days – LiveWell Homecare Agency

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.

As a RN Clinical Periop Nurse, you will perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes. You will partner with patients and their families through relationship-based, culturally sensitive care, utilizing effective communication methods such as bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds.

Key responsibilities include coordinating safe care delivery, documenting accurately, promoting teamwork and collaboration, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and participating in research and evidence-based practice. You will serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, an active RN license (single-state or multi-state), BLS certification, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
