Digital Print Operator (2nd Shift) (JOB ID 2037) – OneSparQ’s Client

OneSparQ is looking for Digital Print Operator for a Print Manufacturing company in Austell, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Run advanced digital printing and imaging systems designed for high-volume, variable data production
• Configure and prepare print jobs, ensuring all specifications are properly set before production
• Manage workflow by organizing, scheduling, and releasing jobs from the print queue
• Keep detailed records of daily production activity and shipment documentation
• Fine-tune print settings such as alignment, color balance, resolution, perforation, and paper handling to meet quality standards
• Inspect printed materials throughout the process to verify accuracy and maintain consistent output quality
• Procure necessary materials including ink, paper, chemicals, and machine components to support operations
• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages and production delays

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of Digital Print experience operating a press machine
• Hands on experience operating a HP Indigo print press, Ricoh, or a Nexpress printer
• Experience troubleshooting/Servicing digital print equipment

Additional Skills:

• HP Page-Wide Advantage 2200 experience
• Any HP Certifications
