About the Role

DUMAK is looking for passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. You will play a key role in business development, building connections with new clients and nurturing valuable existing relationships that drive the success of our products.

The Account Manager is a persistent, self-motivated and results-driven contributor. You will focus on expanding our client base and develop business in new areas by executing your sales strategies; as well as continuously maintain relationships with our existing accounts. You will be supported by our sales management, operations and marketing teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets through meetings, drop-ins, phone-calls and product testings.
  • Identifying and researching potential clients or markets to generate new leads.
  • Effectively using CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer information and communications.
  • Working closely with internal teams to share best practices, market information, pricing strategies, attend company calls.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in sales or related field

Valid driving license and reliable vehicle – clean driving record.

Ability to drive to meet with clients approximately 4 days a week.

Ability to book meetings, make phone calls, and execute other administrative tasks.

Work details:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Salary: Starting from $50,000.00 per year + Commission package
