With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.
General Summary:
The Night Warehouse Supervisor will be directly responsible for the supervision of the night shift. Responsibility includes managing all operational requirements with a focus on quality, safety, cost reduction, company policy as well as other areas as determined by Management. Accountable for executing business plans from department goals, objectives to meet key performance indicators (KPI) and to achieve safety, quality, value, and cost reduction.
Responsibilities
- Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
- Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations.
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures. Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directs workforce to insure efficient workflow.
- Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage.
- Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments.
- Keep the warehouse tidy by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
- Maintaining a food-safe environment.
- Report any damaged equipment to General Manager and/or Safety Manager
- Other duties as assigned.
Required

- Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
- Overnight Shift (Required) 6:00PM until Finish
- Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.

The associate works non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call. The associate is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places.
