Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Pickleball Pro to hold Pickleball clinics at our Lithia Springs, Georgia apartment community, Manchester Place. The ideal candidate will be an experienced pickleball coach with a deep passion for the sport and a desire to inspire others through effective teaching. As an Independent Pickleball Instructor, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule, define your own rates, and work with residents who are ready and eager to learn. Our property offers 4 brand new Pickleball courts and one Tennis Court.

Responsibilities:

• Customized Coaching: Add value to our community by delivering personalized pickleball training that meets each student’s unique needs.
• Skill Development: Create lesson plans and training regimens that improve techniques, understanding, and performance.
• Positive Environment: Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere to encourage growth, confidence, and love for the sport.
• Innovative Strategies: Apply your creativity and knowledge with effective coaching methods that ensure progress and student satisfaction.

Requirements

• A seasoned pickleball coach passionate about the game and adept in teaching.
