Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties: – Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner – Take food and beverage orders accurately – Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu – Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately – Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal – Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area – Assist with food preparation as needed – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service – Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly – Process payments accurately using POS system Experience: – Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred – Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly – Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations is an asset – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively – Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
