Group Home Direct Support Staff – COMFORTERS HOME HEALTHCARE

Preferred but not required; Candidates have previous experience working in a Group Home setting with adults with Cognitive and Developmental Disabilities.

Currently hiring:

Both Day and Overnight Shifts for both Weekdays and Weekends

Duties consist of house cleaning, meal preparation, assist with medication administration, daily living/hygiene care of individuals and documentation.

This is a Shift position so Dependability is extremely important.

Summary

As a Group Home Direct Support Staff, you will be essential in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a group home setting. Reporting to the Group Home Manager, your role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for residents through personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and fostering a supportive community environment. Your core skills in long-term care and caregiving, combined with premium skills in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care, will be vital in ensuring the well-being and dignity of each resident. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
