Position Overview

In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, interacting with customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Follow recipes and procedures for consistent beverage quality.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process payments and make change accurately.

Workspace Management:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the barista station and customer areas.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.

Other Duties:

• Assist with setting up the store and closing procedures.
• Learn about different coffee beans and brewing methods.
• Promote and upsell menu items.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally.
