Summary

We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in lithia Springs location. This vital role supports our chiropractors by delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Based at our clinic location, you will play a key part in helping us uphold our mission of promoting health and wellness.
Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct patient intake and assessment to gather relevant health information.
• Explain treatment procedures and medical terminology clearly to patients.
• Support chiropractors during treatments and therapies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless patient experiences.
• Uphold all safety and health protocols to ensure patient well-being.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in patient service or healthcare support roles.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Strong assessment skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures to patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care.
• Prior experience in chiropractic or similar healthcare settings is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs and schedules.
• Bilingual is a plus
