Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team, supporting the hospital’s mission to enhance health and well-being. They practice evidence-based nursing, utilizing critical thinking and cultural competence to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based standards.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care promoting teamwork and clinical excellence.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Mentor and serve as a resource for peers and students to foster professional growth.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
• Licensed as an RN with current BLS certification; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in technology and clinical documentation.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
