WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will work directly with homeowners, creating opportunities and guiding them through roofing and restoration solutions. This is a full-time, in-person role where you will:

• Engage in 2 to 4 homeowner conversations daily
• Conduct inspections and explain restoration or upgrade options
• Present solutions and guide customers through the process
• Train consistently with leaders who push you to improve

Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Month: $5,000-$8,000
Consistent Performers: $10,000-$15,000+ per month
Seasoned Closers: $15,000-$25,000+ per month
Sales Leaders: $200,000-$400,000+ annually
