Headstart Health was built by a team of clinicians and operators who know the realities of behavioral health inside and out.

We’ve sat in your seat, we’ve felt the strain of unreasonable billable targets, rigid treatment plans, and the lack of real mentorship — and we decided there had to be a better way.

That’s why we created Headstart: to empower BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices with clinical autonomy, real support, and income that truly reflects their impact.
