In this leadership role, you’ll work side by side with a Store Manager, gaining hands-on experience in sales, operations, team leadership, and more! This role is designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Sales Manager position.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to lead a sales team and drive performance
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Gain experience in scheduling, inventory, and merchandising
• Master sales techniques and build product knowledge
• Prepare for your own store leadership role

What We’re Looking For

• Strong drive to succeed in sales and leadership
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (management exposure a plus)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Full-time flexible availability
• Personality with a competitive nature
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)
