Sales Representative and Customer Service – Home Liquidation Centers

We are looking for a Sales Associate (must be able to lift and move up to 80 lbs). who is dependable, energetic, and motivated to excel in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and customer interaction.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online, helping them select the best door solutions for their needs.
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations and provide knowledgeable, detailed information about our products.
• Maintain showroom appearance by restocking inventory and keeping displays organized and visually appealing.
• Handle doors and related materials safely and efficiently (must be able to lift and move up to 80 lbs).
• Process sales transactions accurately and provide top-tier customer service before and after the sale.
• Track sales goals and work with management to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Resolve customer inquiries or issues in a professional, timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in sales, construction supply, hardware, or home improvement is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy showroom setting.
