Field Services Representative
$16.54 hourly
This position involves reading water meters and terminating services. Duties involve accurately reading and recording the water consumption data of the Authority’s customers, following designated routes, and using a hand-held computer or the AMR Drive-By unit. Other work performed by this employee involves locking water meters for delinquency purposes and service terminations.
This position is also responsible for unlocking meters to restore service and obtaining meter readings as needed. The position may also be required to perform other meter services functions as required. This employee reports to the Meter Services Supervisor. Applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED, a valid State of Georgia driver’s license, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
